I need to admit that sometimes my mind isn’t 100% in the game. I simply don’t listen my opponents’ heart beats. That’s not good, because if you want to win you have to be fully concentrated! This is very important in every Poker game - especially in Omaha, since pre-flop, each player has one of 16,432 distinctive combinations in his hole cards.
This Omaha Hi Pot Limit poker hand is pure proof my mind was in some other place. I had a full house, but had won a small amount of chips, because I wasn’t confident that I’m the only one who is holding a pair in the hands. Well, by simple raising and by watching reactions of other players I could figure out easily if somebody has something valuable in their hands. It costs just one big blind, and can tell a lot. In other words, you have to play the game for real!
