Should I Stay or Should I Fold? Posted by rebecca , under: Omaha Hi/Lo Limit, Omaha Poker Hands
This was Omaha Hi/Lo Limit poker hand. My hole cards were 2h-2c-3d-3s. After the flop I had a three of a kind, Twos. That was great but the problem was - my opponent had a flush, Ace high. Off course I didn’t know that but I was aware that somebody might have a flush. I was thinking for a while and made my decision – I will continue with this hand. That was a tough decision since I knew that it could cost me a lot. Most times people found raise button very interesting in limit games.
After the turn card I asked myself – Should I had fold after a flop? Well, it’s a little late. I gave a lot of chips and I need to continue with this hand. All or nothing. Great! River brought me a full house, Twos full of Sevens. Very soon I was all in. And I won a high pot! Low pot was taken by a player who was also all in with A-2-3-6-7. Since we were all in, rest of the chips were taken from the third player who had a flush after a flop. Luckily he took just a couple of chips. The fourth player who was in the game didn’t win anything, he had just a straight.
