Full House vs. Full House Posted by rebecca , under: Omaha Hi/Lo Limit, Omaha Poker Hands

My hole cards in this Omaha Hi/Lo Limit poker hand were As-Kc-Qd-7d. Very good but only for high hand. Flop (K-10-Q) brought me two pair. Also, it was obvious that who was counting on low hand won’t win anything in this hand. Betting round was finished and left just two more players in the hand. Turn card was five but I needed something better. Jack, Queen or King will be perfect for me. Somebody heard my prayers and King showed up on the river. Cool. My full house, Kings full of Queens was the best possible hand. Only thing left was to get as many chips  possible from my opponents.

Unbelievably one player was re-raising and the other one was calling every raise. That was strange. When I saw there cards I understood why my opponent was re-raising. He had full house too. Luckily he had Kings full of Tens. He must had been be very disappointed and angry when he saw my cards. The other player who was just calling our raise had a straight. That is got to hurt too.
