This was Omaha Hi Pot Limit Poker tournament. One player annoyed me a lot. As soon as he managed to collect a little bit of chips he was starting to raise all the time. Come on. No chance that he had a good hand every single time! Hand after hand, fold after fold I lost my nerves. I really didn’t enjoy playing that way. Finally I got great hole cards Qc-Kc-Kd-Ad. Since I know that he will bet before flop I decided to take that action first! I had bet a whole pot. He didn’t like that. This was his table and he want to be in charge! He raised a whole pot. My next move was to re-raise again and he called - and was all in.
When I saw his hole cards I started to laugh! I thought – Oh man, you are an idiot! But that idiot was one lucky idiot! Community cards were nothing more than a disaster! He won this hand with a tree of a kind, Twos. Unbelievable! River card was his lucky one. Instead of playing Omaha he should play lottery!
