Last couple of days I was beaten by river card so many times. I even thought that somebody put spells on me! I was despert! But it’s just a meter of time when the cards will be on my side! Finally it starts to happen!!
This was Omaha Hi Pot Limit poker tournament. My hole cards were Ks-8s-8d-Qd. Flop was so beautiful with that two Queens! While I was betting was thinking – hehe I got a Queen, this will be mine! While my opponent was raseing he was thinking - hehe I got a Queen, this will be mine!
After the flop card I start to panic a little. Since I was beaten so many time by the river card I wasn’t sure anymore that three of I king was good enough! What if my opponent holding a pocket of duces or sixes?! What if he had a flush draw?! What…?! What..?! So many questions and the only chance to have an answer was to continue to play.
What ever he had or he was waiting for he will need to pay a lot since I decided to be very aggressive. River card was a King. I won with a full house, Queens full of Kings. Finally I won!! This was my lucky river!
