This was Omaha Hi Pot Limit Poker hand. My hole cards were As-2h-4d-7c and I hit a straight on the flop. My opponent hit three of a kind, Eights. We bet, raise, re-raise…. Until he was all in. When I saw his cards I wasn’t happy! With two more cards to come, there was a chance that he could pair the board and win this hand with full house.
I just didn’t want to see a pair in the community cards, but… Turn card was a Five. What a tragedy! Since there was a Five on the flop and Five on the turn he hit a full house. Oh no, there is no card which can save me on the river. What can I say? Nice hand. You won.
